Guide to Match Details

This screen appears when when a cell on the main display is clicked on. This screen allows the Organiser to input and save the results from a match. Those with a Members registration code are only able to view this information.

Each match can consist of up to 7 games, ( configurable from the Configure League screen).

The drop down list of players is individual to each team. ( This is set up at the beginning of the season in the Team Information screen. ) This ensures that ‘ringers’ cannot be played.

The scores and breaks are added for each match.

There is a Points Docked box for each team. (This is a positive number). If any points are docked this will affect the running total of points (League Results) not the individual match score.

There is a comments text area. (Do not use commas in this box as this will corrupt the way the data is stored.) This can be used to record the reason for points being docked, match being delayed or anything else.

There is a No Card Received (NCR) check box. This allows the organiser to record the fact that a NCR has occurred. (The points allocated to each team when this occurs is configurable in the Configure League screen.)
